LAKE ST. LOUIS, MO—April 1, 2008 — AllCom Global Services Incorporated, headquartered in Lake St. Louis, announced today that it has acquired Ericsson Federal’s Design and Construction Services (DCS) Division currently located in Chambersburg, PA.  Ericsson Federal is a subsidiary of Ericsson Incorporated (NYSE:ERIC) with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.  Ericsson is a premier provider of communications technology worldwide.

AllCom’s new DCS division has over 20 years’ experience designing and building voice and data communications facilities both commercially and for the US Department of Defense.  This seasoned team of professional engineers have a solid past performance history at hundreds of DOD facilities worldwide and have an established reputation of excellence.

The addition of design and construction services AllCom’s expands its service offerings to encompass full scope turn-key data center and central office design, construction and infrastructure solutions for the US Department of Defense, commercial telecommunications carriers and Fortune 500 companies. 
AllCom’s specialized services now include: electrical engineering of critical AC & DC power systems, UPS and power generation systems, advanced fire suppression systems, HVAC systems including environmental monitoring and alarms, advanced fiber optic transmission technology, central office and data center infrastructure and structured cabling services.
