ALLCOM GLOBAL SERVICES SIGNS MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH EMBARQ

LAKE ST. LOUIS, MO—September 25, 2007 — AllCom Global Services Incorporated, headquartered in Lake St. Louis, announced today that it has signed a Master Services Agreement to provide DC power engineering and installation services to EMBARQ of New Century, KS.

Services include the engineering and installation of central office batteries, power boards, rectifiers, inverters, DC power cabling and central office ironwork. In addition to these services AllCom offers central office ground audits, remediation of ground system defects and ground field construction & repair.

AllCom will provide services in EMBARQ central offices, communication shelters and communication huts nation wide.
