This Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP) project focused on building out necessary infrastructure to support Ft. Lewis’ US Army Power Projection Site capabilities. Work included survey, design, procurement and project management. AllCom was responsible for site preparation and facility construction including the installation of new equipment shelters, emergency backup generator systems, earth electrode grounding system and HVAC systems. The facility construction consisted of the construction and installation of the following items:

- Installation of new pre-cast communications shelters at three locations.
- Installation of electrical and grounding systems to support new switch installations at approximately 300 End User Buildings containing 372 Telecommunications Closets.
- Installation of new electrical distribution, lightning protection and grounding for new switch installations at approximately 20 locations.
