This Administrative Communication System (ACS) upgrade project focused on building out necessary infrastructure to support Ft. Hood, TX’s US Army Power Projection Site capabilities. Work included survey, design, procurement and project management. AllCom was responsible for site preparation and facility construction including the installation of new equipment shelters, emergency backup generator systems, earth electrode grounding system and HVAC systems. The facility construction consisted of a complete renovation of a 3,850 square foot gymnasium area in order to support a new end office. AllCom also supplied DC power systems, structured cabling and related infrastructure. Work was performed for General Dynamics Information Technology.
