OWNER OPERATORS:
Trucks MUST be no older than 5 years, must past DOT & shop inspection
- 70% of Gross
- 70% of Drop Pay

STUDENT DRIVER PROGRAM:
- $500 per week – Sunday thru Monday
(no orientation compensation)
- $600 per week- Once you start team with Trainer
Once training is complete and student goes solo, the following will apply:
- 90 day probation begins on solo date
- Escrow deduction begins
- Full competitive pay
- Vacation – 1 year from date of hire
- Health Insurance – 90 days from date you begin student program
- 401K – January or July each year, must be employed 6 months prior to one of those months. Use date entered into program
Bonus Program:
- Safety Bonus – Starts upon entering Student Program, paid yearly if qualified
- Service Bonus – Starts upon entering Program, paid out each year
- Productivity Bonus – Qualify at 1st full calendar quarter after solo date.
