Bob Weatherwax – President & Chief Executive Officer

As the President and Chief Executive Officer of AllCom Global Services, Mr. Weatherwax is responsible for top-line growth, the development and execution of company vision and strategy as well as the overall operational and financial performance of AllCom.

Mr. Weatherwax brings to AllCom a breadth and depth of industry experience that includes telecommunications, professional services, technology and government contracting.  In executive roles in both private and public global companies, Mr. Weatherwax has consistently delivered growth, financial performance and shareholder value.

Mr. Weatherwax is a graduate of James Madison University with degrees in Political Science, Business Administration and Spanish.

William Ellis –
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Ellis is responsible for the financial leadership at AllCom including direct management and oversight of the Accounting, Finance and Contracts Administration. Mr. Ellis has more than twenty-five years of experience supporting United States Department of Defense and various other Government agency contracts. Prior to joining AllCom, Mr. Ellis held senior financial positions in the professional services, manufacturing, and construction industries.

Mr. Ellis holds NCMA certifications as a Certified Federal Contracts Manager and Certified Professional Contracts Manager.  Mr. Ellis received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University and master’s in business administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Michael Cuccia –
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Cuccia is focused on providing our global customers and industry partners with quality telecommunications and IT infrastructure solutions that are innovative, flexible and responsive to their evolving needs. Mr. Cuccia has P&L and operational responsibilities for AllCom’s core lines of business which include Infrastructure Services, Data Center Solutions, Physical Security and Outside Plant Construction. In addition to his operational responsibilities, Mr. Cuccia oversees AllCom’s Information Technology and Human Resources corporate functions. Mr. Cuccia provides the leadership and management expertise to drive the execution of company vision, strategy and goals to achieve operational success.

Mr. Cuccia has more than twenty-five years of executive management, operations and corporate infrastructure support experience. His career includes executive positions at Preferred Systems Solutions, Inc, Dataline Inc, General Dynamics Information Technology and SIGNAL Corporation. Mr. Cuccia holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from Towson University.

Todd Barringhaus –
Senior Vice President,
Federal Markets

As Senior Vice President, Federal Markets, Mr. Barringhaus is responsible for leading the Federal Business Development team as well as developing and executing top-line growth strategies.

Mr. Barringhaus brings thirty-seven years of extensive Federal Government industry experience in the fields of Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology and Technology Infrastructure. While at AllCom, Mr. Barringhaus has supported a variety of large and complex critical Information Technology Infrastructure and facilities modernization projects for the military and intelligence communities both domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining AllCom, Mr. Barringhaus managed data communications & networking sales engineers and proposal developers for Marconi Federal, and earlier in his career was a telecommunications engineer for RELTEC Corporation.

Jim Mann –
Vice President and General Manager,
Integrated Security

As Vice President and General Manager, Integrated Security, Mr. Mann is responsible for AllCom’s security business including leadership and management of product strategy, business development, and financial performance.

Mr. Mann has more than thirty years of sales, executive management, and operations experience. Mr. Mann is a leader in the electronic security industry supporting both commercial and government customers. Prior to joining AllCom, Mr. Mann’s career included executive positions at companies such as Compass Security Solutions, Siemens, Kratos, and Norment Security Group. In one of his most recent positions, Mr. Mann served as Division Vice President at GC&E Systems Group, Atlanta, GA.

Mr. Mann is considered a seasoned, professional, knowledgeable industry veteran and has worked with some of the best vendor partners in the security business.  In addition to his expertise in the general security practice, Mr. Mann has an extensive background in the design and implementation of security systems including data center and academic institution projects.

Mr. Mann is a graduate of Frostburg State University, Maryland with a degree in Business Administration.
